Nila Elite is located on the ground floor of the main Villa, surrounded by centuries-old trees and splendid flower gardens, an English lawn where your children can play safely or for the older ones to relax while looking at the splendid views of Lake Como
Fully renovated in 2023 , the accomodation measures about 200 square meters and it is furnished in a classic Italian style.
It features large windows, spectacular lake views and breathtaking panoramic scenery year-round.
The house has a large living room whit work area, dining area and separate kitchen.

The house has three bedrooms:
“Bellini” large double bedroom ( king size 180x 210 ) with window overlooking the lake.
“Bellano” double bedroom ( with the possibility of having 2 single beds ) with window overlooking the lake.
“Bellagio” Classic style double bedroom with window overlooking the mountains.

The house has two bathrooms.
The main bathroom, in Tuscan travertine marble, has a large bathtub and a shower.
The second one is furnished in modern style with large shower.
The space, with three double beds (or two double and 2 singles), and two bathrooms, is ideal for six people. A crib or cradle can also be at your disposal, upon request, for infants and toddlers.
The large outdoor garden overlooking the lake with English lawn is available for exclusive use of Nila Elite guests.
